Requirements

  • Must be familiar with and able to use Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Ability and desire to learn additional Adobe suite apps.
  • Be able to create content and post to Facebook Business page.
  • Be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully work independently as well as within a team.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Desired Requirements:
  • Experience with Webflow.
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Familiarity with basic photography best practices and video editing.

Responsibilities

  • Create content, schedule and publish social media posts for Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create content and publish approved communications for an internal SharePoint site.
  • Collect and analyze social media and SharePoint analytics. Make recommendations on increasing internal and external engagement.
  • Learn client requirements, contract objectives and company branding guidelines to create marketing materials for use at various trades’ shows, client presentations, employee communications and recruiting events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee appreciation events.
  • Assist in building relationships with non-profit organizations that align with company values and contract objectives for both recruiting and brand awareness purposes.
