Responsibilities

  • Work closely with several internal and external stakeholders including the global campaigns team, digital team, marketing operations, communications as well as our media and fulfillment agencies.
  • Partner with our sales reps, BDRs, and Marketing teams to support prospecting campaigns.
  • Use tools like Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, 6Sense and LinkedIn to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for customers and prospects.
  • Support the team analyzing data and validating data sets so that we can accurately target and reach our Ideal customer profile (ICP) and enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Manage lead routing to ensure all leads are uploaded and flowing to correct teams for follow up. Manage follow up performance and where needed, identify those leads requiring replacements.
  • Take ownership and manage the curation of the EMEA marketing newsletter that will be amplified to key internal stakeholder.
  • Understand campaign set-up and manage the request for campaign taking and tracking so that we can effectively track and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage social media posts into our employee amplification platform.
