Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, or Communications or recent graduates within a year.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Before the start of each internship period, all interns must read, agree to and submit a signed copy of the Boston Bruins / TD Garden Internship Agreement contract
  • Experience with MS Office required, familiarity with social media platforms and reporting tools (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce, or a similar CRM) preferred.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends, holiday hours as needed
  • Passionate about Boston Bruins hockey and the City of Boston
  • All interns must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and may perform some manual labor

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure marketing campaigns are successfully implemented
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials for marketing channels (social, email, site, etc.)
  • Manage inventory of promotional items, backdrops and other marketing materials
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing contests and promotions
  • Assist in planning and executing events, theme nights, and fan engagement activities
  • Assist the marketing and game presentation teams with daily administrative tasks
