Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or media operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business, operational management, data analytics, or marketing.
  • Current pursuit of an MBA with a focus on marketing, data analytics, operational management, or strategy.
  • Over 3 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, media operations, or post-production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the department head to analyze and enhance operational workflows. This includes gathering and scrutinizing operational data, comparing against industry benchmarks, and reviewing best practices to propose and implement performance improvements.
  • Assist the Marketing Operations management team in administering, evaluating, and reporting on the Marketing Operations performance survey. This role involves compiling survey results, preparing reports for executive management, and presenting findings to senior team members. Additionally, the intern will contribute to refining the survey tool and its questions, drawing insights from the initial deployment.
