  • Ability to construct and present a compelling story from data analysis and consumer insight/research finding, strong math skills, and comfort working with numbers required
  • Team collaboration with the ability to handle conflict to positive resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation development
  • Previous Marketing Internship experience
  • Takes initiative and possesses personal leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in the Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Rising Senior, graduate-level, or recent graduate (within the past 6 months) majoring in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Has not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Ability to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship and provide full work availability
  • Transportation: Have reliable transportation to/from work

Responsibilities

  • You will help deliver annual revenue and attendance goals for the Walt Disney World Resort. Important responsibilities will include supporting the Managers by building and implementing communication plans, evaluating campaign creative, performing consumer research, monitoring and analyzing business performance, and other key projects as assigned.
  • Thinking critically to help develop and communicate strategies to support business objectives
  • Creatively solving business issues through innovation of new ideas
  • Interpreting data to understand trends, assist in researching, analyze and provide reports
  • Coordinate and lead a variety of projects striven to increase awareness and relevancy, drive intent to visit, and accelerate conversion
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support business needs and the development and execution of marketing strategies across the business reaching key audiences
