Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Technology Intern will collaborate with all of the Marketing Technology subteams, including digital experiences, email and marketing automation, website development, and product delivery
  • Daily tasks may include reviewing and testing website projects, helping draft content for websites or email newsletters, and attending client-facing calls
  • The Marketing Technology Intern will participate in working on a variety of projects including; drafting website personalization content, assisting in building website personalization monthly reports, quality assurance testing, train AI driven chatbots for Destination DC and Visit Fort Myers and assist in the development of an interactive website experience for Destination Greater Victoria
  • The Marketing Technology Intern will work with a variety of platform/tools including: CrowdRiff (User Generated Content), Drupal (CMS), WordPress (CMS), Email Marketing Platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Act-On, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Digital Experience Platforms (Bound 360), Ozolio (Webcams) and Zoom
