Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of data controlled by Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
  • Manage the material master, including creating parts, activating, obsoleting, and changing the material master according to lifecycle and projects.
  • Prepare and publish monthly data quality reports in collaboration with plant data coordinators, identify root causes, and take corrective actions.
  • Evaluate business impact and lost opportunities due to poor data quality.
  • Manage and animate the data owners network and process with appropriate indicators.
  • Initialize material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process.
  • Coordinate tasks between different actors managing product evolutions and change request flows.
  • Manage the archiving and removal of data corresponding to the product life cycle.
  • Define rules to manage master databases according to Global and/or Regional guidelines.
  • Build, manage, and communicate indicators for efficient data quality (e.g., Data Quality Report, Datascan).
  • Support data owners in maintaining user skills and training newcomers on different systems.
