  • Ownership of manufacturing processes related to the production of heat shrink tubing.
  • Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
  • Write technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validations, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports
  • Execute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach
  • Lead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures
