Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications inclusive of Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Outlook
  • Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member
  • Education:
  • You’ll be an undergraduate or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date)
  • Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Dedication to excellence, which includes interacting with Operations teams, the broader Food & Beverage team, Pricing partners and other key support partners to explore opportunities, develop processes, and resolve any issues.
  • Developing skills to identify Key Business Drivers for menu intake and implementation processes.
  • Partner closely and collaborate with other Product Optimization team members, and work together to improve the menu development process
  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to Cast Members
  • Support local projects and supervise any potential impacts to the Guest and Cast experience.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
