Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in related fields such as: mathematics, statistics, public policy or international relations
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024
  • Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship
  • Fast execution and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Digital ads risk management experience.
  • Familiar with local or global laws and regulations related to digital advertising.
  • Passionate about Internet industry and willing to grow with the company in the process of learning by dealing with emerging global issues and challenges.
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong research and data analytics skills.
  • Experienced in international Internet/social media companies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on key integrity issues on priority regional markets. Identify gaps or conflicts in existing ads policies, monetization integrity system/products, advertising experience or other new types of risks;
  • Set goals, strategies, and directions for cross-functional stakeholders (product, operations, sales, T&S, PR, sales and legal teams etc), develop scalable solutions, and work towards consensus across the organization;
  • Track external environments related to monetization integrity and safety, such as international policy changes, industrial best practices, competitor benchmarks, provide insights and strategic directions to relevant teams;
  • Provide objective, thorough, data-driven recommendations with clear and actionable suggestions to senior leadership;
  • Build metrics and tracking strategies to inform integrity performance and detect risks at an early stage
