Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Performance Creative team to develop quality and inspiring content for our clients.
  • Incorporate motion design into a variety of projects including HTML banner animations, text animation, storyboards and editing.
  • Utilize and grow your skills in programs such as Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling animations.
  • Receive and apply constructive feedback, push past your comfort zone and strive for creative excellence.
  • Partner with a Mentor to set and achieve development goals.
  • Complete a summer-long project, presented to senior-level executives.
  • Report to one of our Performance Creative leaders.
