Responsibilities

  • Create and update weekly progress data reports for joint venture artist projects
  • Track tasks on Jira to stay up to date on the status of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with maintaining tracker sheets in Excel for rollout/budget and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in submitting marketing campaign requests to cross functional teams
  • Assist in gathering deliverables and communicating/following up with Joint Venture labels in regards to project submission and deadlines
  • Support with running daily sweeps on the backend of artist accounts through Spotify and other DSPs for any spikes in streaming numbers
