You must have a strong interest in Networks, be studying a relevant degree or working towards a CCNA/Network+ qualification, be highly organised, knowledgeable in basic switching and routing concepts, a problem solver, willing to learn, and able to meet high performance standards.

You will monitor network health, respond to alerts, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, work with support teams, report connectivity issues, complete tickets, implement new interconnects, develop monitoring tools, and automate tasks using various tools and languages.
