Responsibilities

  • - Each programme stream offers a rotational experience across different areas in the Bank.
  • - Each rotation is specifically developed to enable Graduates to develop the critical skills that will accelerate your development and growth.
  • - During your three rotations, you will build strong management, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as getting exposure to business critical projects in a fast paced environment.
  • - You are empowered throughout to seek new experiences and expand your network through cross collaboration.
  • - You will have the opportunity to experience different areas of the business, or to contribute to meaningful transformation projects that support our Group strategy.
