Requirements

  • Required Qualifications: 
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or Business
  • An effective communicator to all levels of the organization
  • Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel
  • Being on site is required: 12 hours/week during the semester and FULL time during semester breaks and during the summer
  • Ideal candidates are freshmen or sophomore but also open to early juniors.
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage NPI part material storage and movement.
  • Ship, label and track all material for product development
  • Support material movement, storage and tracking to new lab location summer 2024
  • Support and maintain NPI material data, through excel queries, pivot tables and data base creations
  • Places orders, inventories engineering experimental material to support New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Manage part movement between NPI build sites to support scheduled builds.
