Responsibilities
Support Inquiries Team on an ongoing basis to respond to inbound leads and client outreach about exhibitions, fairs and online projects
Input client data and update CMS based on engagement, and ensure all relevant information is added
Support e-commerce efforts by liaising with internal team members and clients to ensure a seamless experience
Create data visualizations and summary charts of DZ online user experience and broader trends
Join weekly team standup meetings and meet with a wide range of Online Sales, Marketing, Digital and Web team members
Compile and disseminate language & best practices for client engagement
