Yes, we are unable to accept volunteers aged under 16.

No, this is an unpaid voluntary position.
What skills will I develop as an Online Lister Volunteer?
You will develop skills in online selling, writing informative product descriptions, categorizing items, and uploading photos for listings.
What types of tasks will I be doing?
Typical tasks include writing accurate descriptions of items, ensuring they are placed in the correct selling category, and helping to upload photos to showcase the items.
Will I receive any benefits from volunteering?
Yes, volunteers receive various benefits including a 25% discount on donated goods, access to training, travel expense reimbursement, and refreshments.
Can I volunteer if I have a criminal conviction?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept volunteers with unspent criminal convictions.

How flexible is the volunteering schedule?
Volunteering with us is flexible; you can spare a few hours a week or a couple of hours occasionally.
What support is available for volunteers?
Volunteers receive full support in this role, including unlimited, free, and confidential support by Retail Trust, as well as access to training and development.
