Description

  • A typical day for a Co-op starts at 8am and ends at 5pm, with flexibility based on the projects or tasks they are involved. Upon graduation, successful operations Co-ops could potentially fill a multitude of roles, such as: first line leader, project engineer, and operations engineer in any of our sites in North America.
  • Training in safety, quality, engineering and operations will be provided on site based on assigned activities and projects.
  • At the end of the Co-op, you will learn how toothpaste is made, become familiar with a regulated fast consumer product environment, and proudly contribute with the site growth.

  • Pursuing a BS degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week)

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization
  • 3.0 or greater cumulative GPA
