What is the duration of the Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program?
The program lasts for three years.
How many rotations will participants go through, and how long are they?
Participants will complete three unique twelve-month assignments across different business areas and two different countries.
What are the main focus areas for the operations and commercial functions during the program?
Operations functions may include lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, and logistics. Commercial functions may involve digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, and strategic sales.
Where does the program begin, and what is the initial location?
The program begins in September 2025, with the initial location in Holzhausen, Germany.
What qualifications are required to apply for this program?
Applicants must have or be about to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business by August 2025. A master’s degree in these fields is preferred.
Is work or internship experience required for applicants?
While it is not required, having up to 3 years of work or internship experience is a plus.
What language skills are necessary for this program?
Fluency in both English and German is required.
What kind of support does Eaton provide for relocation during the program?
Eaton offers comprehensive support throughout the relocation process, tailored to the participant's rotation, both during and after the program.
What type of training and development opportunities are offered in the program?
Participants will attend 20 training sessions focused on developing key skills such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, career management, and self-presentation.
