Requirements

BA/BS degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
0-1 year of related work experience, post-graduation
Desire to work in sales and in the tech industry
Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” demeanor
Professional, efficient communication (written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)

Responsibilities

Prospect marketing leads, self-source companies & support target sales accounts to uncover sales opportunities
Maintain high levels of prospecting activity (including a minimum of 50 calls and 40 emails daily), targeting decision-makers, up to and including C-Suite Executives
Build a good foundation of industry competence & create a sales style that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers
Qualify & promote leads to sales with defined next steps – this is a quota-bearing role that is measured on Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Complete all training, results, & shadowing intended to ensure a BDR’s sales readiness
