Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audits of data from multiple systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide quality services and manage effective client and partner relationships
  • Support project activities, change management, reporting, and data deliverables
  • Ensure process and integration in Enterprise HR systems is in alignment with strategic HR initiatives and analytical reporting requirements
  • Work with subject matter experts to create a wide array of documentation on technical processes which could include process maps, how-to guides, videos, and other forms of media.
  • Assist with development of training and other tools for implementation of approved recommendations; support training and change management
