When does the Paralegal Apprenticeship program start?
The Paralegal Apprenticeship program is scheduled to start in September 2025.
What is the duration of the apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship lasts for 24 months.
What educational qualifications are required to apply for this apprenticeship?
Applicants must have a minimum of three A-Levels (96 UCAS points) and five GCSEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
What is the application deadline for this position?
The application deadline is 28 November 2024 at 12 noon.
What are the stages of the recruitment process?
The recruitment process includes four stages: 1st stage - Application submission, 2nd stage - HIPO-I Interactive Online Assessment, 3rd stage - Interviews during the weeks commencing 13 January 2025 and 20 January 2025, and 4th stage - In-person Assessment Centre during the weeks commencing 17 February 2025 and 24 February 2025.

Yes, there is a robust support network including a Weightmans supervisor and a dedicated buddy to assist throughout the apprenticeship.
Are there any provisions for part-time work or job shares in this apprenticeship?
Yes, we are open to part-time/job share applicants.

Is there an opportunity for further education during the apprenticeship?
Yes, apprentices will complete their part-time study with BPP University Law School as part of the apprenticeship program.
