Responsibilities

  • To coordinate directly with Distribution (GCD) and Paramount Content (eg: MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Showtime etc) to organize high volume of content and to ensure deals are in place before start dates.
  • To coordinate between P+ and Pluto and Acquisitions/Business Affairs to ensure GCDs deals are summarized for rights management.
  • To coordinate deal memos, ensuring all administrative details are accurate for both P+ and Pluto agreements.
  • To coordinate incoming pitches from GCD/Paramount, for all relevant content.
  • To track invoices. Working with AP team (various) to ensure invoices are entered properly/vendors set up in systems and to manage aging.
  • To create worksheets, tracking documents and workflow systems as required and in cooperation with department leads.
  • To coordinate weekly schedule distribution across internal brands (eg: MTV, CBS Nickelodeon, etc), assisting with scheduling deadlines and protocols.
  • As required, project support to Marketing and Communications teams.
