Requirements

  • Relevant experience in management consulting, data analytics, project management, program management, or finance/accounting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

  • Manage global partnership operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Work cross-functionally to define and improve operational processes
  • Monitor ongoing partner performance through a data-driven approach
  • Partner with the product strategy team on key research initiatives to adapt our strategy to the market
  • Manage internal processes involving regional ops teams, sales, comms, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive our partner program
  • Work with cross-functional leadership to build synergies and alignment on key initiatives and programs
