You will advise customers, take sales orders, manage stock for vehicle parts, maintain an organized stock room, raise invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability.

 About Our Parts Department is at the heart of our operation and our Parts Advisors are responsible for controlling the stock of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. You’ll be ordering, selling and managing the stock to ensure that we meet the needs of our trade counter customers and to guarantee our workshop team have all the bits and bobs they need to complete their daily tasks.

 Typically, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 
 <ul>
 <li>Giving advice to customers who are having problems with their vehicles</li>
 <li>Taking sales orders from customers both face-to-face and over the phone</li>
 <li>Controlling the stock for vehicle parts and accessories</li>
 <li>Maintaining an ordered stock room</li>
 <li>Raising invoices for all the parts that have been sold</li>
 <li>Working with our internal teams to ensure the right stock is available at the right time</li>

 Training provided: Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centres. Expert trainers will guide you through the training programme using a combination of e-learning, classroom learning and practical application. In the workplace, your personal, dedicated mentor will support your continued learning as you apply the skills and knowledge you have gained through the remote sessions and at the National Learning Centre. This is a fully rounded training experience where you will build life skills that last and gain both Apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications.
