Responsibilities

  • Participate in People and Culture programs
  • Assist with maintenance of our P&C Canvas (intranet) site
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
  • Assist with inbox maintenance to ensure questions are responded to timely
  • Assist with year-end talent reviews to keep track of feedback and next steps
  • Pull compensation reports to support the year-end process
  • Contribute to the design and launch of different DEI&B initiatives
  • Support the many different Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help reinforce a culture inclusive of DEI&B
  • Helping to manage the programming and process for our ECS summer interns (all service lines)
  • Candidate sourcing
  • Helping to manage the Sophomore rotation program (all service lines)
  • Aligning fall programming and planning at universities with the budget
  • Planning fall events on campus for university recruiting and our ECS professionals
  • Support learning and performance processes and programs
  • Assist with CPE reporting/tracking
  • May assist with the talent acquisition process
  • General P&C support as requested
