Responsibilities

  • Assist the Performance Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Officer with the effectiveness of digital campaigns, with a focus on growing our Click & Collect offering, lead gen & gift card activities.
  • Assist the implementation of location marketing activity, working with retail and regional teams to make sure all information is relevant and up to date and we’re maximising all marketing opportunities.
  • Build key relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively execute and benchmark all digital marketing activity.
  • Support the wider team in researching and launching digital activity in new media channels.
  • Write briefs for digital marketing campaigns and compile asset requirements to brief creative production for paid media activity.
  • Report on and analyse performance, offering clear campaign feedback and insights, delivering actionable learnings and leveraging data points to inform future decision making.
  • Using reports and dashboards to distribute regular reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with and support the management of channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Media partner).
  • Support in budget management and the processing of invoices.
  • Research new developments and trends in digital marketing, identify new paid acquisition, communicate your findings to the team and develop these ideas.
