  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of and promoting programs, products and services. Serves as point of contact for Cardio & Fitness Equipment for member “how to” questions and inquiries.
  • Conducting New Member orientation sessions
  • Participating in training and Development, online learning, Departmental meetings
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks relating to the Personal Training team as required
