Responsibilities

Follow-up press requests (send out products, price requests, shooting requests, writing internal comms messages)
Managing visuals (classification)
Monitoring media (print & digital)
Follow-up inventory and send-outs
Contact with different departments such as (Marketing, Retail …)
Follow-up requests Make Up (inventory/…).
Making reports & analysis launches
Supporting new launches (press releases, check translation, products, price lists,..)
Good understanding of social media. Follow-up & monitoring People of Influence community on all channels
Work with media monitoring tools and monitoring visibility of social media profiles
Post-launch reports
Contribution events & event management
Participation People of Influence/Celebrity selection
Post event reporting
Follow-up press requests (prices, visuals, samples…)
Assisting send-outs fashion shootings
Monitoring press results
Partially showroom management and sample handling
Internal presentations
Preparation PR showroom for press visits

Yes, a perfect knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Yes, you will contribute to events, event management, and also participate in post-event reporting.
