Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize a varying workload an to work off own initiative.
  • Experience in social media and content creation (e.g., image and video).
  • A love for creating content, comfortable speaking to the camera and livestreaming if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel & Adobe suite (and similar).
  • Experience working on events.

  • An in-depth understanding of Tiffany & Co. and the luxury industry, event planning and execution.
  • Ownership of an internal communication social media channel.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing & Communications Director and PR team in delivering two special projects; one key event in London and one social media project.
  • Brand Event:
  • Support PR team in delivering key London event by assisting with event planning and execution as well as related administrative duties.
  • Support PR Manager and PR coordinator in daily activities related to event in line with Tiffany & Co. event standards.
  • Continuously compile and update event action plans, event tracker and feedback reports.
  • Support in liaising with external agencies and suppliers as well as internal teams.
  • Deliver ad hoc tasks as requested.
  • Social Media Project:
  • Create a joyful, engaging internal social media (Instagram) channel, finding innovative ways to create content suitable for a retail audience.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and retail teams to create and develop clear briefs and create content.
  • Assist in community management.
  • Stay up to date with Tiffany & Co. product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns.
  • Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communication on channel.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement.
  • Develop and maintain the channel’s social media calendar.
