Requirements

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who is committed to a full and successful career in fashion PR.
The successful candidate will have had at least 1 years previous work experience, ideally in PR or Fashion.
Is extremely well organised, able to multi task and prioritise their work load to meet deadlines.
An interest in fashion is essential along with excellent written and oral communication skills alongside competent IT skills.

Responsibilities

Sample Management for WW, MW, Accessories collections – recording all requests, sending out and booking in of samples using Fashion GPS
Promptly check availability of samples and work with Senior Press Managers and Head Office to ensure that requests are fulfilled.
Organise local and international send outs
Chase returns from assistants Booking in of new collections to Fashion GPS
Responding to price requests
Maintaining the order of the showroom
Assisting with Press Day set up
Manage and coordinate showroom appointments
Assist with PR events and act as front of house at events
Supporting the UK press team with day to day tasks and administrative duties
Daily contact with local and international shipping and logistic companies to ensure smooth transition of all Louis Vuitton samples
Manage office supply orders for stationary, packaging, samples
Support on store product consignments and gifting, ensuring budget is kept up to date and in order
Respond to image requests
Support and compile press reports for seasonal catwalk shows for men’s and women’s RTW.
