  • Performs Root Cause Analysis/Countermeasure implementation
  • Supports RMA cost reduction efforts
  • Support and improve testing efforts on the floor for reducing quality defects
  • Analyzes data helping the support of control charts and setting up Quality improvements to reduce quality defects
  • Performs defect/problem analysis with support of other process engineers
  • Support and foster the Assurant Way and Culture, supporting Common Sense and Common Decency
  • Shows commitment to company values, ethics, safety, security, and quality
  • Help initiate new testing of devices
  • Write work instructions to support Operations with guidance from other process engineers
  • May support engineering in Cad layout
  • May support engineering in 3D models and 3D printing
