Responsibilities

  • Assist with the Requirement Management Capability and the Polarion ALM tool.
  • Develop and refine requirements within the Global Library by focusing on high-reuse specifications. Collaborate with Product Development Engineers and Technical Writers to ensure alignment, structure, and linkage to testing.
  • Create customer-specific DVPR templates by aligning Polarion specifications with customer formats. Analyze test executions and lab reports to integrate data automation into Polarion. Collaborate with software developers and the RM capability lead on business requirements and participate in the testing and validation process.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Product Development Process, Requirements Management processes, and the Polarion tool. Identify internal customer pain points, propose solutions, and enhance tool and process efficiencies. Manage dashboards to track employee experiences and support global business alignment and software development improvements.
  • Review and maintain project dashboards to identify gaps and optimize the requirements management process. Identify and execute database cleanup opportunities to streamline workflow and reduce confusion during handoffs.
  • Support the testing of new Polarion tool content and assist in updating training materials.
