  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • The candidate must be working towards a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related discipline.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in experimental design, execution, and interpretation.
  • Experience in semiconductor device fabrication.
  • Experience in semiconductor device characterization
  • Experience in a range of analytical techniques and acoustic profiling.
  • Strong background in semiconductor device physics, interconnect Reliability

Responsibilities

  • Measurement
  • Data collection and characterization of semiconductor devices.
  • Data analysis and model formulation based on observed results.
