  • Collaborate with the Product Design Manager and design team on licensed Disney Consumer Products toy lines
  • Participate in product approvals including creative reviews, feedback sessions, and key meetings with licensees
  • Make artistic contributions to new initiatives by sketching concepts, crafting trend boards, and sharing ideas
  • Monitor competitors, product innovation and market dynamics
  • Research initial seasonal trends by category
  • Coordinate product submissions for creative reviews and approvals with design team
  • Coordinate and maintaining product and market samples
  • Recommend product ideas to build and strengthen businesses
  • Present concepts and project deliverables to management and internal teams
  • Limited domestic travel for onsite product approval with licensees
