  • Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical Science, Polymer sciences or related fields
  • Able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 6-month Co-Op cycle (June/July – January)
  • Other requirements:
  • Working knowledge of skin science and adhesion technology would be preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work in a compliant manner to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the protection of the environment
  • Demonstrate excellence in the application and communication of statistical science in new product development
  • Under the supervision of a senior staff, apply standard data science methods to solve analytical questions, including collecting data, cleaning data, and apply quantitative data science methods to predict product performance
  • Develop new innovations for topical patch application
  • Collaborate with analytical scientists to develop novel testing methods
  • Optimization of product attributes and performance
  • Optimize work process and procedures
  • Conclude and communicate findings during tenure as coop to stakeholders
