Requirements

  • Graduate degree or higher qualification
  • Experience in commerce & payments, experience specifically in card payments is a plus
  • Willing to learn product management or new product development
  • Experience in financial institution, fintech, merchant acquirer experience is desirable
  • Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and develop business cases, familiarity with market research and business analytics
  • Knowledge of innovation and product development methodologies, including Human-centered design (HCD), service design, and agile (SAFe) scrum, is a plus
  • A mindset that embraces creativity, optimism, ambiguity and a willingness to learn from failures
  • Comfortable interacting, interviewing and iterating with people through exploration of new concept, prototyping and testing

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams (product, design, engineering) to support the develop new use cases using digital-first and product management best practices. (e.g. human-centered design, minimum viable product, rapid prototyping).
  • Assist in analysing the business perspective, focusing on end-user value and relevance to Visa, including cost and revenue modelling.
  • Prepare for client engagements, including pitch and scoping sessions to develop and refine product solutions, business cases, and launch plans.
  • Work with design and technology teams to identify gaps, explore, test, refine, and recommend solutions.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of Visa’s capabilities and the payments ecosystem to customers, considering the design and implementation of new offerings.
  • Support the evaluation of recommendations and proposed solutions and assist in managing client projects to ensure effective partnerships and timely progress.
