Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Product Management Manager within the Lauren Brand.
  • Work with sourcing office, Design, Technical Design and Merchandising team to facilitate sample order shipping and receiving status.
  • Ownership of the bill of materials, creation and maintenance throughout product lifestyle.
  • Coordinate the flow of communication to cross functional teams with a sense of urgency to eliminate roadblocks and ensure milestones deadline are met.
  • Maintain proto and sales sample tracking report to ensure on-time sample deliveries.
  • Create, track, and check-in samples for Proto, Showroom, and TOP’s.
  • Communicate clearly with CFT on weekly sample status, and keeping the team informed on exception lists.
  • Analyze developmental issues and proactively communicate to Design, Product Development and material departments.
  • Communicate and resolve potential issues that affect meeting deadlines.
  • Validate weekly commits and release PR report for Operation team for PO issuance.
  • Responsible for daily product BOM creation and maintenance throughout product lifecycle.
  • Partnering with design, fabric and color teams for all BOM approvals to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Work with raw material team and design team to ensure BOM ID# and Colors are accurate to ensure product integrity.
  • Updating and maintaining GFE+, including, open to buy dates and costing information.
  • Vetting and ensuring weekly buys are meeting minimum and sharing with overseas office.
  • Managing line sheet including pipeline, risk & completion dates (for design handoff) in PLM.
  • Communicating regularly with overseas offices on any development and or production inquiries.
  • Providing support to Manager & team on special projects.
