Requirements

  • You have proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influence management effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management.
  • Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of medical device and health care topics such as insurance, reimbursement, different types of coverage.
  • Experience with healthcare or medical devices desirable.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a completed Bachelors degree and actively enrolled Masters, JD, or PhD students with a minimum of 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Dexcom’s samples program helping educate HCPs and patients globally
  • You will work cross-functionally with regional leaders and sales operations teams to identify key metrics
  • You will analyze the data collected and provided to you to identify critical factors in the success of rolling out a samples program for a new country
  • You will create case studies of successful samples programs across the company and other medical devices
  • You will develop a “playbook” for use by countries without a current program in place today
  • You will present this playbook to leadership and regional marketing managers across the globe
