Responsibilities

  • Learning and supporting existing product capabilities for revenue cycle accounting as a SME.
  • Performing competitive analysis / research across markets served
  • Gathering and prioritising requirements from customers, partners, prospects and beyond
  • Conceptualising, validating and refining solutions/designs with UXC
  • Collaborating with development partners to deliver features on time that will delight customers.
