Requirements

  • Current student pursuing MBA degree or a related Master's field in business or engineering management.
  • Previous work experience in business, product marketing or product development preferred
  • Strong communication skills to work with a variety of internal stakeholders and ability to present to executives and customers with confidence
  • Outstanding analytical skills; quantitative modeling skills highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box
  • Demonstrated interest in Product Management, Marketing, Communications, as well as strong interest in IT & consumer electronics products
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and facilitating meetings, workshops, training, and problem resolution activities (preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time through summer 2024, and part-time or full-time in the fall.

Responsibilities

  • Complete competitive analysis, qualitative and quantitative market research and User Acceptance Experience testing to maintain industry leadership in this area
  • Plan and carry out product launches
  • Work with product managers and marketing team on go-to-market and launch strategy for new products
  • Provide demo to business and technical stakeholders
  • Investigate potential partnerships/tools which can increase customer adoption rates, contribution rates, and/or enrollment levels to further product expansion and accelerate success.
  • Advocate for superior customer experience while managing functional scope and deadlines for product backlog items
  • Utilizes a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and their use and demonstrates an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology needed for effective project management.
