  • The Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution and analysis of customer engagement programs for clients, as assigned. In addition, the coordinator will work closely with all members of the Professional Services, sales, and product teams to execute and increase client retention through delivering our services. This position executes messaging programs from end to end, including planning, creative development, scheduling, trafficking assets, segmentation, testing, and analysis.

  • Rising Sophomore to Graduate Students currently enrolled in a college or university
  • Interns must be willing to attend a two-day orientation on Eastern Standard Time
  • Marketing / Advertising Experience: You have experience working with teams coordinating via digital channels and in person to deliver and execute campaigns and projects on-time with near-perfect accuracy.

  • Work closely with account management, clients’ graphic design and/or agencies, and product development teams to create campaigns
  • Oversee daily campaigns to ensure that messages are correctly completed, scheduled, and deployed on time including Quality Assurance (QA) of campaigns set up by others
  • Oversee and monitoring daily all issue tickets from triage, internal tasking, escalation until completion
  • Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) by client
  • Segment client distribution lists and develop systems for ongoing engagement campaigns to various audiences
  • Advocate for clients by providing critical input to Product Gap Analysis
  • Manage clients’ databases to grow the engagement success for each client
  • Attend weekly meetings with client as needed
  • Track time by client and/or project accurately on daily basis in JIRA ticketing system
  • Measure effectiveness of engagement campaigns from email marketing efforts.
  • Assist in writing and editing content / provide guidance for clients’ specific needs.
  • Work with Professional Services Senior Manager to analyze analytics and generate performance reports to add to the clients’ Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Log and monitor web development bugs affecting the messaging platform during QA to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner by engineering and product.
  • Demonstrate energy, initiative, resolve, persistence, and creativity to solve for roadblocks and "getting things done” to hit imminent milestones
