Responsibilities

  • We are looking for Program Manager Interns to complete projects during their time with us. You will collaborate, research, make recommendations, and potentially launch a program or initiative for the Go-To-Market Product Launch team. You will collaborate with various departments and teams to help facilitate product launches at Atlassian which provide substantial value to the organization and is instrumental in shaping the future of Atlassian.
  • Program Management is a multi-faceted role, where you can have a focused or broad set of responsibilities, including:
  • Work closely with Sales, GTM, & Product teams to drive the commercial success of our top-priority products & programs.
  • Develop and maintain project plan (scoping, identifying resource needs, managing timelines, determining appropriate team meeting cadence & rituals, managing dependencies and risks, championing change management, etc.)
  • Research, analyze, and understand the details of the project and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support team members in program delivery.
