Requirements

  • Desired/Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have junior or senior status in a degreed Project at a 4-year accredited college/university
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field of study at an accredited college/university
  • Must have a minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA

Responsibilities

  • Learns the fundamentals of Project Management
  • Becomes familiar with Project reporting, focusing on a Project status, change process and status dashboard
  • Becomes familiar with Smartsheet, an enterprise planning environment, and how to use Project plans to support project dashboard views
  • Assists in updates and reporting to ensure data is accurate
  • Documents at least one area for process improvement and reviews potential for implementation with leadership
  • Collaborates in developing a communication plan for managing recommended change
  • Creates appropriate approach to track metrics for uptake of proposed changes to contracts and creates a
  • Supports the Project management team with day-to-day work that covers various activities across the department
  • Participates in project status meetings, and assists with minutes and follow up as needed
  • Assists in the completion of projects and/or process improvements, as assigned
  • Participates in department and/or staff meetings
  • Fulfills those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ConvergeOne for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
