  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated students to join our 12-week internship program for Summer 2024. In this program, you will work with our Chief People Officer and her Principal Program Manager to support and lead projects across the UiPath People Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and program management! This role is based in our New York City headquarters and requires 4-5 days in office.


  • Pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters Degree in a Human Resources or Business field
  • Interest in Human Resources and Technology Organizations
  • Love what you do, love to be busy, and love to produce by being organized and methodical
  • Passionate about automation, program management, and how they can add value to a person or organization
  • You can take complex ideas and distill them into simple and understandable specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Prior internship experience in a project management or program-oriented role
  • Prior experience with human resources or Agile is a plus
