Responsibilities

  • Assist Promotion team with various daily activities
  • Compile chart information, reports and artist assets including publicity photos, bios and additional assets.
  • Assist the team with updating pitches for radio by referencing airplay & streaming data, marketing highlights, social media, etc.
  • Research and monitor streaming, station adds, artist socials, radio charts and more
  • Compile Shazam data across major markets in Canada
  • Track radio statistics and market share as well as radio contesting proposals and winner
  • Create artist one sheets & graphics as needed
  • Update Song Portfolios in Mediabase
  • Assist with uploading audio to digital delivery service platforms for radio servicing
  • Participate and take notes for department meetings
  • Collect radio proposals for contesting opportunities
  • Gather artist assets for Interview/Promo pitches
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned
