Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of ISO management systems.
  • Experience in planning and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint and SAP systems
  • Office skills (Power point, Excel, Word, outlook etc.)
  • Problem Solving
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must be currently enrolled an Accredited College or University.

Responsibilities

  • HS:
  • Work with site EHS Team to develop, review, and implement various site polices and programs to support a safety work culture.
  • Aid in the development of a robust safety concern reporting culture.
  • Assist with the development of videos and training materials/digital tutorials.
  • Assist with the digitization of EHS related documents.
  • Assist with the reviews of production equipment for potential EHS related hazards and implementing actions to address findings.
  • Assist with ergonomic reviews of production equipment and processes and implementing actions to address findings.
  • General support of EHS activities
  • Quality:
  • Update daily KPIs
  • Help with admin tasks related to daily operation
