Responsibilities

  • This position will support the Manufacturing Quality group in documenting and directing many aspects of the Quality Department.
  • Functions will include:
  • Process standardization between global plants.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality systems for process standardization.
  • Support for new Line Qualification by data collection, Analysis and presenting the results.
  • Analyze processes and systems to ensure the most efficient use of resources and data.
  • Support with the implementation of basic statistical analysis tools to evaluate data from Machining, and production lines.
  • Maintaining updated information on the KPI site for the Department
  • Document and improve Inspection plans.
  • Coordinate containment activities including third-party notification and setup on production supplier quality issues.
  • Assist in driving root cause and corrective action on quality issues at the customer end, production floor, and Suppliers.
