Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, running and completion of sensory panels related to a variety of projects.
  • Closely work with sensory panel leaders and panelists and ensure testing protocol and Quality Management System is adhered to.
  • Collaborate closely with the Cork sensory team and key stakeholders on key projects and initiatives.
  • Apply academic knowledge to provide input into Method Development and Best Practice tool development.
  • Support innovation sensory testing by assisting in the management and execution of the testing by working closely with senior project lead.
  • Support setting up of sensory testing protocols and panels for new product categories.
  • Work with senior project lead on the data review, analysis, interpretation, and insights regarding consumer sensory complaints and sensory quality.
