Responsibilities

  • Freue Dich auf ein weites Aufgabenfeld und unterstütze den zentralen HR-Bereich bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben. Bei der eigenverantwortlichen Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus allen Bereichen des Arbeitsrechts kannst Du Dein arbeitsrechtliches Know-how anwenden und erweitern. Bei all Deinen Aufgaben profitierst Du von der Expertise eines erfahrenen Teams.
  • Bearbeitung von individualarbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Erstellung der Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitenden und Rechtsanwält*innen
  • Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen und Terminen mit Arbeitnehmervertreter*innen
  • Ausarbeitung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und Tarifverträgen
  • Analyse von Gesetzen oder Rechtssprechungsänderungen
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten für Personalinstrumente mit arbeitsrechtlichem Hintergrund
